Here is the email I got from them, I have to say I am diasappointed and guess I'll focus more of my efforts on my more consistent survey earners. Geez...

If you elect to switch to this group, you will receive surveys as usual. Each time that you complete a survey, you will receive $3 cash and be entered into a sweepstakes as well as being entered into the sweepstakes for every occasion for answering household questions. If you elect to remain in the $5 group, you should know that we will be gradually phasing out this compensation plan. As this occurs, it is likely that survey requests will become less frequent and eventually stop.
