Hi there - September 23, 2005
[b:9fbf3ac21f][u:9fbf3ac21f][/u:9fbf3ac21f][i:9fbf3ac21f] Hi there I am from downunder Australia! I have only a few months ago started registering for online surveys and as of yet am still waiting to complete 1. I am starting to think that they are a bit dodgy!!! could anyone enlighten me give me false hope atleast tar......beez[/i:9fbf3ac21f][/b:9fbf3ac21f]

Wish I could - September 25, 2005
Being that I'm not from Australia, I'm probably not of much help. That's actually why I made this forum, hopefully we'll have some other Aussies chime in on this and help you out. Please keep us posted here of any sites that you find particularly good. You can also post a user review as well. I think a lot of Aussies like Spider Metrix. They also allow other countries, but anyone that's from anywhere besides Australia doesn't usually have much luck. I would recommend going to my Australian Directory and start with the sites that have "AUS" listed under the Region field. That means that they're specifically Australian. You'll probably have the best luck with these. The ones marked "INT" means that they are international, which will probably get you a survey occassionally but are not specifically Australian. Good Luck to you

I've finished getting NetIBA verified and it has more than doubled the amount of clicks I get from StormClix. The price of the clicks has risen a little bit too. Once I even had a $.20 click. I didn't think getting NetIBA verified would give that many more clicks, but it does. At this rate, the $19.99 would be paid off in a month or less since you're making a little over a dollar a day. Stormclix has proved to be the best PTC site on the net, with QuickRewards coming in 2nd.

- January 18, 2006
I'm in the process of getting my email address NetIBA verified. It cost me $19.95. I'm not sure what the $9.95 is for. I'm anxious to see how many more clix I will get once verified. I didn't buy the NetIBA verification only for the StormClix though. I invest in 12 daily pro and other programs that pay me through Stormpay, and if you aren't NetIBA certified Stormpay takes out 6.9% of every payment coming into your account. With NetIBA verification they only take out 2.9%. I don't think it would be wise to get certified if the only reason you're doing it is for StormClix. I'm not sure how many more clix you get if you're NetIBA certified, but I wouldn't think it would be enough to cover the $19.95. The discount on payments coming into your account is definitely worth it though if you use Stormpay at all. If anyone decides to get NetIBA verified though, I'll send $2 to your Paypal or Stormpay if you join under me. Just use this link: http://www.netiba.com/?66476. Just send me an email to saxquiz@yahoo.com if you do.

Yes, I like the NEW StormClix, too. However, I mostly use this service not to make money but to advertise my free paid surveys site. What can I say? The results are increadible! I pay only $0.01 per click, and my site converts at about $0.20 per sign up! I have never experienced such great advertising results. And the traffic is very high. I have hundreds of new members signing up at my site daily. If you would like to advertise your own paid surveys site or a referral link, I think this might work for you. You can give it a try.

StormPay - September 24, 2005
Hi Cammie, I joined StormPay, too, but I'm wondering if it was a mistake. Did you certify your account? And if so, how did you do that? I've been asking a lot of questions over there, and they said I had to join NetIBA for $9.95 a year. I argued that there are other ways to certify that I have a legitimate bank account, credit card, address, phone number, etc..... they said no go, I had to join NetIBA.

Hope I can answer some of your questions - September 24, 2005
Hi shygirl, I'll tell you what I know (or at least what I think I know ) and we can compare notes. You can verify your account by adding a credit card or bank account. I think they are similar to PayPal with this process. It's free and will allow you to add and withdraw funds easier. Not mandatory but I think I'll do this eventually. You can also certify your account. That's the $9.95 deal. From what I gather, you pay the fee and then start the process: 1. they send you an email and you return it to certify your email address 2. they call you to certify your phone number 3. they send snail mail to certify your address It seems those that certify get the higher value clicks. I've heard of a certified member that made $12 in 3 or 4 days. I'm averaging $1/day (:D) so I'll pass on getting certified for now. My plan is to use StormClix to fund other ventures that take StormPay but not PayPal. 8) I hope this was helpful. If anyone has additional info or questions, please post. Cammie

StormPay - September 24, 2005
They no longer accept credit cards as verification. This was taken off their site: [quote:79518dd0f3]Certified: Due to Visa and MasterCard regulations, StormPay Inc. no longer accepts this method of certification. When StormPay used this method, the account holder was required to send a copy of their photo Id, and a copy of their credit card being used on the account. [/quote:79518dd0f3]

Hmmm... - September 24, 2005
Hey shygirl, OK, I think I got it now. :) If you are: Unverifed - possible delays in withdrawals and possible spending restrictions Uncertified - 5 day wait period on withdrawals To become verified: [quote:37f3d5d3b9]Verified: Verified accounts are accounts that have had [b:37f3d5d3b9]successful funding transactions older than 100 days[/b:37f3d5d3b9] without any types of transactional problems. Accounts that are of “Verified” status are established StormPay members with good payment histories.[/quote:37f3d5d3b9] The only way to become certified is to join NetIBA and pay the $9.95 fee. So, adding a credit card or bank account makes it easier to add and withdraw funds. It won't verify or certify you. Verification is based on time and certification is based on paying the fee. I still will pass on certification for now. Perhaps after I've accumulated over $9.95 in my StormPay account, I'll give it some serious thought. Let me know if this is how you see things or if I'm standing way out in left field somewhere and not even in the game. Cammie

StormPay - September 24, 2005
Nope, it looks like you have it. It is very confusing to me I guess. Anytime I do the Clix, it will say "27" ads and I kept track today and I only got 22. Still pretty good, I'm not saying that, it's just that when I ran out of ads to view, it said that I wasn't NetIBA certified, so I won't see all the available ads. I posted on their forum asking questions, and someone in particular made it clear that unless I was NetIBA certified, then I shouldn't get all the available ads. And, that if I was there just to earn money, then I need to move on. When I submitted a "ticket" and asked questions, all I got was that the only way to get certified is through NetIBA. There's also a guy asking on the forum why he isn't verified or certified because he has had his account in good standing for over 120 days. There's just a lot of questions I'm trying to get answered. Thanks for your help, though!!

It can be a little confusing - September 24, 2005
Thanks for posting. You actually helped me. With the Clix, I've noticed that some in the list have expired when I click on them. I now go though the list and when I hit an expired one, I refresh the list. This will take out the expired ones. Maybe this is why you saw 22 ads instead of 27. Also, they post ads all day. If you stay on the computer quite a bit, leave the window open and check several times during the day. That's what I'm doing now. As far as forums, I lurk on many but only post on a few. Sometimes people become biased on those specific program forums. I try to find objective info. StormClix is new so some are very energized/animated/psycho() about it. I'm sorry you have come across some rude people. Good luck with your clicking. :)

StormClix - Paid-To-Click Program That Pays Daily - September 23, 2005

Get paid between $0.01 and $5.00 per click. Haven't seen a $5.00 click yet but results from my test so far look good: [b:bb0b7c66bd][u:bb0b7c66bd]Earnings[/u:bb0b7c66bd][/b:bb0b7c66bd] [b:bb0b7c66bd]Sept 21 = $1.09 Sept 22 = $0.95 Sept 23 = $1.19[/b:bb0b7c66bd] You can try StormClix by joining Stormpay. Once you've joined, check for paid links in the "Browse Clix" section. Happy clicking, Cammie :) edited to add additional earnings

Hmm.. that is disappointing but I still like Lightspeed. I just get the Amazon gift certificates or sometimes just have it put into my paypal acct. I get quite a few surveys from them so it adds up quickly.

- January 5, 2007
I am new to Lightspeed and just reached 1000 points. Went to the rewards page to request a check for $10. Instead I need 1150 points for a paypal reward of $10. I am disheartened. Each point is now worth less than 1 cent. I will wait until I accumulate 1150 points and I may discontinue. This is a survey taker be damned by Lightspeed. [b:7a0da118a6]And to add insult to injury their point system is abominable. If I had been able to see the rewards offered before I joined I never would have joined. Lightspeed was clever to not show their prizes beforehand. I was not able to access the list until I had acquired some points. Their points are overpriced. I saw one Nordic microwave item for 2600 points that sells on Amazon for $12. What a ripoff. I cannot accept the fact that there is a penalty for acquired points (for paypal $10.00 need 1150 points. Sad indeed. A disgrace. [/b:7a0da118a6]

My thoughts... - October 7, 2005
#1 & #2:  Yeah, I also have this same feeling about "Lauren". #3: :P Socks. They're a good thing! [quote:047b17bfbe="meninsche"]jeanxpression, completely agree with you about trying to redeem all my points before the switcheroo. Few odds and ends about Lightspeed as of late: 1. I had 500 points, so I cashed out for an Amazon GC - instead of receiving a GC via email (as it usually happens), I receive a check in the mail for $5. Of course, there IS NO $5 cash out. I emailed Lauren, but never heard back from her. Hey wait, I've never received any correspondence back from her, come to think of it! 2. I'm really starting to think Lauren was the model who posed for Lightspeed, and doesn't currently work there. :D 3. I've recently been having zero luck for qualifying for Lightspeed as of late...sad really. But then, I got to do a sock survey - three weeks of athletic socks mailed to me; 375 Lightspeed points; and $10 check being mailed! So, I guess I'll take the good with the bad.[/quote:047b17bfbe]

Maybe they'll add a PayPal option - September 23, 2005
It's possible they might do a PayPal, with no charge? Guess we'll just have to wait and see, doesn't sound very good to me so far.

Upcoming Changes to Lightspeed - September 22, 2005
Received this email from Lightspeed today (I broke up the link): [i:7ae87570eb]Based on the emails we receive, we know there are many of you who would like more prize options to choose from when you redeem your Lightspeed Points. We also know many of you would like your prizes delivered faster. We are very excited to announce some great improvements in the Lightspeed Panel incentive program - these improvements will give you more prize and gift certificate options and ensure faster prize delivery. The changes will take place later this year (after December 1). The Lightspeed Points Terms and Conditions, accessible on the website at h t t p ://u s .lightspeedpanel.com/rewards/point_terms_conditions.html , will cover the details of the new program. One change we need to point out to you, however, is that a 10% charge will be added to gift certificate orders and a 15% charge will be added to cash orders. (For example, you will need to redeem 1,100 points for a $10 gift certificate.) We hope that the hundreds of new prizes available to you and faster prize delivery will outweigh this charge. You can redeem any points you currently have or accumulate (in each case prior to December 1) for gift certificates or cash orders without the added charge. Thank you for being a valuable member of the Lightspeed Consumer Panel. We look forward to your future survey participation. Lauren Lightspeed Consumer Panel[/i:7ae87570eb] I for one don't like these changes :x

They are going to lose the big one over this. It would have been a little more intelligent raising the minimum payout if they are trying to save money on sending out checks.

It's a bummer but... - September 23, 2005
Just received another check from them yesterday. Crazy timing, huh? I think I'll cash in the rest of my points before December 1st. New fee: :( Possible PayPal option: :D Cammie

New member from Central NY - September 4, 2005
Still learning to post on forums although I have been looking at their messages for a while. Have a significant other, two dogs and a cat with an occasional stray that comes around. Love doing surveys and do okay on them but am always looking out for more. Also do a few reward programs but taking the time to find out which are the the better ones.

No product offers - September 1, 2005
I don 't join any survey sites that have all of those offers. They really do not seem legit. I only do the ones listed here if I like what they offer or they have gotten good reviews.

Have a question. - September 1, 2005
Hey Guys, my question is how do you get around having to apply to the sponsors offers, i do not want to give my card info to everyone. Thanks Robert

Just don't do them - September 2, 2005
There are 3 sites that I have listed that have offers. Memolink, MyPoints and IPTL. You do NOT have to complete offers for any of them if you don't want to. The worst of the 3 is Memolink, which makes it sound sometimes like you HAVE to complete offers, this is not the case. Just click the "No Thanks" or cancel out of any offer that you may get caught in the middle of. I participate in Memolink and MyPoints, by getting the points from the emails they send mostly. I also do the Memolink Lotto and their surveys and I'll occassionaly click around their site for some points. I'll also check these sites out if I am going to buy anything online, to see if they have a points offer for it. IPTL has offers on it's site, but they don't try to ram them down your throat and they do occassionaly have some good free offers you can grab some cash on. My advice, if you are a member of Memolink of MyPoints, just realize that they are going to throw offers at you, that's how they work. Just remember that you DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT OFFERS. If this is annoying to you, then just don't join them. You'll not really be missing all that much.

Welcome - September 2, 2005
Happy to have you aboard.

:D Hello, I have 48 invites still available for OTX. Send me an email and I willsend you a referral ASAP! I got my referral through this forum so this is a wonderful way for us to help each other. :!: :P

What does "sticky" mean? - August 29, 2005
not sure that I understand what you mean....why do I have to repost? Do I do it now, or did I do something wrong? This is the first time I have ever posted anything although I have used the site many times and have added opinions on survey sites. :?

There's already a topic for this - August 30, 2005
If you look in the paid survey forum, you'll notice there is a topic called "OTX Referral Exchange", third topic from the top. That's where everyone is posting their OTX Referrals. This post actually makes a second "OTX Referral" topic. Which is a bit redundant for one, and secondly your referral topic will eventually fall to the bottom of the page and eventually no one will see it anymore. The existing "OTX Referral exchange topic is a "sticky" topic, so it will always stay on top. Hopefully I didn't confuse you with that. Here is where you should repost that you have referrals for OTX. This link will take you directly to the topic: /forum/viewtopic.php?t=250 Thanks a lot

This is the best site for surveys! - August 30, 2005
This is the best site for doing surveys. I have been doing surveys for over 5 years , thie is the only site for the best list.

- August 29, 2005
I am a former Survey Scout member, and I have found that "paid" lists are a waste of money! :x I canceled my membership 1 week before the 90 days I had to do so. Did I make $75-$150,etc.,etc, per survey like they stated I could? Nope ! I requested and luckly I did recieve a refund of my membership fees and I have no regrets at all in my membership cancelation ! Stick with this site is my advice ! :) Check the forums daily, and you will find just as many if not more survey's than any paid list will provide. 8)

Did you visit the rest of FreePaidSurveys????? - August 29, 2005
You'll find the exact same thing on this site with several differences. Difference #1: IT'S FREE!!!! Difference #2: [b:089f20aebf]IT'S FREE!!!![/b:089f20aebf] Difference #3: I don't tell you that you're going to make thousands of dollars per month, when there is no way that you will. Difference #4: No duplicates in my list to inflate the number of survey companies. Also, I don't try to make you think that you're actually going to qualify for every single site listed. Difference #5: No dead survey site links. Or at least a minimum, I try to keep up with them the best I can. Difference #6: No "Un-survey" site links. That is nothing like Survey Networks, where it's not really a survey site at all but just an email address farming site. Difference #7: Honest, straight forward info. Difference #8: I'll actually answer your emails and I've provided a forum for you to discuss important topics such as this. And Finally: IT'S FREE!!!! Seriously, you won't find much better than this site. I'm not out to scam anyone and with the addition of the user reviews you can get tons of information on each survey site before you sign-up for it. Hopefully some of our other members will back me up on this.

- August 29, 2005
What site/company is offering this "deal"? My opinion is that one should never ever pay for survey sites - I doubt that they know of a bunch of unique well paying survey sites that are not already listed here. While the 400+ sites might sound like a lot, you could easily sign up 300+ for free here, along with a bunch of well structured advice (also for free!).

Is it worth it to pay for a list of survey co.? - August 28, 2005
I am looking into getting paid for taking surveys and came across a website surveyscout.com where you pay $35.00 for a list of 488 survey co. Along with that you get tips and tricks to taking surveys. Just wondering is it worth it and has anybody done this?

- September 20, 2005
paid surveys sites will just take your money, basically a crooked way to make survey referrals

- August 30, 2005
Okay, today it looks like there was a "virtual" restock on Amazon.com GCs - they must have gotten some more storage space for those enormous electronic vouchers! There were both $5 and $10 GCs available. In my excitement to get the $10 GC I failed to check what other GCs were/were not available, although I did see that Wallmart's were still out at the $10 level. As another aside, I again got my GC almost instantly sent to my email - pretty nice.

- August 28, 2005
The $10 "Out of Stock" list expanded a bit today: [u:9ae8bf9288]Reprise of previously out of stock GCs (which are still out of stock :) ):[/u:9ae8bf9288] Out of Stock $5 Level GC's: Target, Petco, and Amazon. Out of Stock $10 Level GC's: Amazon, JCPenny, iTunes, Barnes and Nobles, and ThinkGeek. [u:9ae8bf9288]Also now out at the $10 level:[/u:9ae8bf9288] Walmart and Godiva.

- August 27, 2005
I agree completely that it's a pretty lame excuse - I initially thought, "Oh, maybe they want to get rid of their less desiriable GCs so they can empty out shelf space before restocking.."...wait that doesn't make any sense! :? It's not like there's physical inventory that is involved here.

WOW, very interesting - August 27, 2005
Hmmmm..... I'm wondering how one can be "Out of stock" of Amazon gift certificates. I'm 100% positive I could go and buy one right now. It's Amazon.com, not Jimbobs.com, come on now, pretty lame excuse. I've been out of town for a week, and am, fairly close to a $10 cashout, so once I get to the $10 level, I'll cash out just to see what happens. Stay tuned... I'll let you know.

OTSX cash out - August 27, 2005
FYI - Looks like OTSX has some GC rewards that are described as, "This opportunity is temporarily unavailable". I know this is true for up to the $10 level. It appears to include the following GCs: Out of Stock $5 Level GC's: Target, Petco, and Amazon. Out of Stock $10 Level GC's: Amazon, JCPenny, iTunes, Barnes and Nobles, and ThinkGeek. When I sent them an email of when would they be restocking, they replied with an apology and stated they did not know when. :x It should be of interest how long it will take them.

OTXSX cash out - September 23, 2005
It appears that while OTXSX does "run out" of various GCs, it appears that they are "restocked" fairly quickly. I've been sitting on enough points for $5 GC for the last couple of weeks just to watch what their supply is like. It looks like they restock every 2-3 days.

JDPowerPanel changes reward program - August 25, 2005
For those who haven't signed up JDPowers and like collecting Amazon Gift Certificates, they are changing their award system in the near future and making cash out easier in the process. Below is a copy of an email I received from them today (no more folios!): [i:6bceb3d187]Dear Panelist, We are excited to announce that we are updating our rewards program. Starting this September, you will be able to redeem your JDPowerPoints for Amazon.com® Gift Certificates*! The current Folios (rewards catalog) will be expiring on September 9th, 2005. If you want to redeem your JDPowerPoints from the current Folios, you must do so on or before September 9th, 2005. Please be assured that if you do not redeem your JDPowerPoints on or before September 9th, 2005, your JDPowerPoints balance will remain the same. The redemption level will be lowered to 500 points. Starting September, for every 500 JDPowerPoints you accumulate, you will be able to redeem them for a $5.00 Amazon.com Gift Certificate. [/i:6bceb3d187] This will making cashing out with them easier (at least for me). I like this better than the folios as several other sites also offer Amazon GC as rewards. :D

Depends - August 27, 2005
Depends on what sites you've signed up for. I'll give you a quick rundown on how this works (I think this is explained on my info page). First, you should sign-up for sites through FreePaidSurveys, instead of Survey Club (lol, I couldn't resist). But seriously, I do try to promote the sites that pay me to do so, but I don't try to sell you on sites that are no good just to make a buck. You can also sort any of my directories by "User Review" which are strictly reviews submitted by other survey takers just like you. Secondly, there are tons of survey sites, some send out lots and lots of surveys, some send out very few. That's not to say that those that send out very few are not as good as those that send many. I've received surveys from sites that I rarely hear from, that pay much better than those that send a lot of invites. From my vantage point, I would rather get 1 invite per year that takes 15 minutes and pays $20 than get 2 invites per month that take 15 mins each and pay $1. Third, another big thing that's going to effect how many surveys you receive is who you are, how old you are and what you do. If your average day consists of waking up at 2pm, watching Jerry Springer reruns until 8pm and then going to bed, then you're not going to receive a lot of surveys. The biggest influencer is what you buy (or what you might buy). Again, if you live on a small deserted island and are completely self-sufficient, then you don't buy anything and marketers won't really care what you think. Remember, companies pay for surveys because they want to know how they can make more money from you. Hope this helps.

- August 24, 2005
if u signed up for zoompanel those should be a lot of invites, i suggest you signed up for as many surveys as possible that way you get survey invites as regularly as possible

- August 24, 2005
I am not familiar with Survey Club's "top 25" - what survey sites are in their "top 25"? The general answer is that the number of surveys one can get can be quite variable depending on what demographic groups the survey sites are looking for at a time. Additionally, there may be some sites that offer surveys more frequently, but the cash/prize/gift certificate payout may be less overall. Check the homepage of this site for reviews of the different survey sites, that might give you a better sense of the different companies. Finally, you might want to consider using the "Starter Directory" as it has a listing of the most consistent/reliable sites. Good luck! :D

How many surveys a month can i expect? - August 24, 2005
I have signed up for the Top 25 at Surveyclub. I would like to know if how many surveys each site usualy send s amonth. Would it be at least 1 a month for the middle ones maybe 1 every 2 month for the lower ones and maybe 2 a month if i were to get lucky? Thanks in advance

- August 29, 2005
You know.. all survey club is, is a site where you sign up under THEM!? So which each sign up etc. you are making Survey Club money... its a fancy referal site is all it is... exactly the same as those out there who ask you for $45.99 Except they are free to sign up, and why? Because they make money off you is why.. :)

- November 30, 2005
Why yes, you have. The people there are really helpful. One of my favorite sites to learn from!

- November 29, 2005
That's kewl Happygal...BTW... I think I have seen your screen name at Get Paid Highway???

- November 29, 2005
Great news Pink Panther! I have been able to cash out with them a few times and their payment is always quick.

- November 25, 2005
Rec'd my $50 check from GTM today....

- November 7, 2005
I recently cashed out my 1,000 points...However...I never rec'd a page that I could save /printout incase there was a discrepency and I don't receive payment....Did I miss something???? How do I prove that I actually cashed-out???

- November 7, 2005
I get 2-3 invites from them a week and probably qualify for 1/2 of them. But I do appreciate that you get points even if you don't qualify. Hey, 60 cents for not qualifying is a heckuva lot better than $1 for a greenfield survey that took me 20 minutes and I may never see a check for :) I never cancel out of a proven program...while I have cashed out for GTM before...I figure that if it will pay off someday, it's worth sticking with it.

Don't forget they have a higher pay ratio per point - September 16, 2005
Don't forget that at the 1,000 point minimum the payout is $50, which is higher than most other points programs.

- September 14, 2005
been a member of GTM since 6/08/04 11 suveys qualifed.... 778 points so far. this is actually my favorite survey site. I get invites a few times a week. stephanie

- August 31, 2005
Same here.....Barely have 600 points...rarely qualify....

GlobalTestMarket - August 31, 2005
I have been a member for quite some time. Sometimes I will get several survey invitations a week. The frustrating part is I very, rarely qualify for any of them. If I ever reach the point where I can cash out, I just may delete my account.

I just recieved money from them - August 24, 2005
I have been doing surveys for them for about 2 years. I finally cashed in and I recieved a check the other day for $57 dollars. I did not realize I had this much in there. I was quite suprised. I get surveys from them at least once a week. I don't qualify for a lot of them but at least they give you 3 points when you don't qualify unlike some other sites where you don't get any thing. There surveys do tend to be long but are worth the points if you qualify.

- August 23, 2005
I have yet to receive an email invite

- August 23, 2005
I've been a member since January of this year, and I have received 3 checks ($50/each, or about 1 check every 11 weeks). The cash out is really high (1000 points, with 1 point = to 5 cents) but I tend to get multiple surveys a week - those i don't qualify for I usually get the measly 3 points for. Otherwise, a lot of their surveys run between 25-75 points. Every now and then they have a survey which is "not currently accessible, please try again later" and when "later" roles around, the survey has closed. Pretty decent site overall, IMO.

GlobalTestMarket - August 23, 2005
Anyone ever qualify for the surveys from GlobalTestMarket, or recieve a check from them?

Finally!!! - September 24, 2005
I was finally able to cash in my points today!! Like an idiot, after reading all their FAQ's, I was under the impression you could only cash out in 1,000 point increments, so I left $6 on the table. Oh, well..... lol Pam

- September 25, 2005
I thought the points were measley too and was considering dumping them until i found out its 1000 points for $50 not the $10 you get from some others.

Not for me personally... - August 28, 2005
Thanks martinmng, meninsche, and Chris. I also have never heard of any surveys that pay by e-gold. Been asked so I thought I would post here on the slim chance that maybe there was one. I agree with meninsche. Only seen it as a payment option with PTR. BTW: Chris, great job with the site. Cammie

Have not - August 27, 2005
Never seen any legit sites that pay via eGold. Why do you ask?

- August 23, 2005
I haven't seen any survey sites that do eGold payments. Only place I've seen e Gold is on the various PTR sites.

e-gold? - August 23, 2005
Nope, never heard of it.

Does anyone know of surveys that pay via e-gold? - August 23, 2005
I've been asked this question a couple of times. I don't know of any so I thought I would post here. Thanks. Cammie :)

I've found yet another information gem! - August 22, 2005
 Hello again to all forum members! Recently in one of my search for more surveys quests , I stumbled across this interesting website>>>>> http://www.greenbook.org/ One of the nice features is that you may search by marketing research services or locations. :P You are not required to purchase a book, but I suppose one could if they so desire. 8) I have posted this link not long after my discovery , so I myself will be busy delving into this new to me find! :D Enjoy!! :D

- November 7, 2005
I have been corresponding with GoZing for about 1 1/2 to 2 months. I sent a list of surveys that I had completed (I started keeping a list since they weren't listing them on my payout) and updated it everytime I completed a new survey. I also had completed a survey where I earned $5.00 and then was sent a cd to complete the survey where I would earn an additional $10. The cd kept telling me the link was inactive and I emailed OTX and gozing numerous times with no response. During the time I was corresponding with them, they removed the $5.00 entry on my payout report. I just emailed them again because last week I was told they would be getting in touch with me. I am expecting at least $20-30 and that is just for the surveys I could remember completing and kept info on. I also get the surveys that take forever and then am told that I don't qualify or they ask the same series of questions over and over again. Will update when I find out what Olivia is going to do about all the surveys I completed.

- August 31, 2005
Thanks for the detailed reply, Chris. No, I am sure those surveys that I have completed have been completed. They say the "thank you with your opinions" sentence on the last page. But, yes, I will definitely start keeping records. However, doing too much of that might just make the value of the survey itself worthless. Dilemmas...dilemmas with Gozing!!

Here's my experience with GoZing - August 27, 2005
OK, I've never been sent an email confirmation that I have been credited with cash in my account. However, I have never been stiffed either. Now, it has always taken a long time to actually receive my balance (which I don't understand because it's PayPal and should only take a few days) but I have always received it in the end. My latest experience was this: I started a survey, it took me about 15 mins to complete, when I was finished, they displayed the screen that said I did not qualify for the survey. Now, being that it took me 15 mins to complete the so called "qualifying questions", I felt a bit jipped (after all the survey was only for a dollar). So I sent them an email, stating that I felt what they called qualifying questions, seemed more like a survey to me, being that that got quite a bit of information from me. The very next day, my PayPal was credited with a past $2 balance and the $1 from te survey I was complaining about. Now, I would definately check, at the end of your survey, that you're not getting the "You did not qualify" message. Simple fact is, sometimes you're going to take a qualifying survey and not qualify. However, this should not take more than a couple minutes of your time. If you have answered a bunch of really short surveys, chances are you were just taking the qualifying portion, and just didn't qualify - that's life. But, if you have taken a bunch of loger type surveys and at the end received a "thank you" message of some sort then you might be getting ripped. What worries me here is that GoZing was resently aquired by Greenfield (if you're not familiar with Greenfield, you can do a search on this site and find some "interesting" posts on them). My advice would be, if you choose to stay with GoZing (which honestly I have done OK with barring my last experience) keep an accurate record. Write down what surveys you take, how long it takes you, and the resulting screen. Plus keep any correspondance you might have with them. Then, if you have any problems with them, you can overwhelm them with info. Maybe I'll try to organize an email compain of Greenfield/Gozing members, expressing our discontent with the way they treat thier survey respondants. They really could be a decent site if they could get thier act together in that respect. Good luck.

- August 24, 2005
I just hope they record the payments in the payout report. I can wait for the payment. I just don't want a case where it's as if I hadn't completed any surveys at all.

In regards to goZing - August 23, 2005
I waited over 14 weeks for a $2.00 payment from goZing, and that's after many e-mails to their so called customer service. I finally unsubscribed to them, because it's too much hassle to get the money that they owe you! I might consider going back to them if their reputation gets out of the gutter.

- August 23, 2005
Checked mail this morning to see a gift certificate payment mail from gozing.Looked at my account and see that the majority of my payments have been applied. Supposed to receive code to apply to buy.com purchases within 7 days. Maybe things are improving, but certainly don't expect to receive anything quickly if you take surveys for them. Dave

- August 22, 2005
Occasionally receive the congratulations e-mail, but more often is the thank you for completing as described. I too have many surveys listed as complete but awaiting payment. No replies from customer support when questioned. Overall, mine and many others view, is that this company should be well down your list of priorities to complete. Dave

- August 21, 2005
Personally, I know I've been getting the reward confirmation emails since I signed up with Gozing in January of this year - my most recent reward/survey completion email was early this month. Do other folks on this forum get survey completion emails from Gozing? Has anyone else had a similar experience to cho0020?

- August 20, 2005
All they ever say when I complete surveys is the following: Thank you for sharing your opinions! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and opinions! Your answers have been received and this survey is now completed. And then no more information on the payout, not even sent to my email.

- August 20, 2005
Ok, now I'm feeling pretty ripped off. Don't tell me those 10 - 15 surveys worth of time have been wasted  Gozing has a lot to answer for!!

- August 20, 2005
Odd - usually I receive a confirmation email almost immediately when I successfully complete a survey with Gozing (the operative word here is successfully). The subject line on the email usual is "Your Survey Complete Confirmation Record". The body will look something like this: [i:fd31ac6e71]"Dear Survey Panelist: Thank you for completing a goZing survey on XX/XX/XXXX. We have received your information and you will be rewarded via Paypal in the amount of $1.00 in approximately 8 weeks. Your approximate pay date for this payment is XX/XX/XXXX. This will appear in your goZing payout report as survey id# XXXXXXXXXX. We reserve the right to cancel this payment if it is determined that this survey was completed by fraudulent means. Please note: The reward amount for this survey may be lower or higher than as indicated in your invitation. There are times where you may not qualify for the survey which you were invited to and instead you were automatically directed to another live survey. Your payout report will include the details provided in this email including your approximate pay date, survey id, reward method, and the day you completed this study. To view your payout report, login to your account at w w w.goZingSurveys.com and click the Payout Report link. For immediate assistance, please visit the goZing Survey help center at w w w.goZingSurveys.com/survey_site/helpcenter.asp On behalf of the goZing Survey Team, we'd like to thank you for your participation. We value your involvement in our research. goZing Surveys w w w.goZingSurveys.com" [/i:fd31ac6e71] If you have not already, attempt to contact their help center (which may or may not be immediately helpful, but will usually eventually respond if you pester enough). Sometimes with goZing I've been reduced to doing a screen capture of the last page of the survey (and a copy of the email invite) before they respond to a missed payment. Good luck

Gozing Surveys...How long before payment is even written? - August 20, 2005
I have done many surveys for gozing and they're not even written on the payout report...it's been about a month now. Has anyone experienced that? I mean, I know that they take eons to pay people but those people at least have the record in their payout report. Mine doesn't.

Thanks for the post - August 27, 2005
Sorry for the late reply. Was on a camping trip this week. I'll look into these guys in the next few days and see what's up. Just in case I forget (I always have a hard time catching up when I'm away for awhile), just post a reply to this topic and say "Hey Chris, did you forget", just to give me a reminder. Again thanks for the post.

hi, this is my first time in a forum. i have tried to register with efocus several times. i can go through the registration page and submit, then the next page says the page you are requesting is not available. is this my computer problem or has it happened to anyone else? thanks, baileynanakathy :(

Hi! - September 2, 2005
Hi jduffy - it was through you I found this site - thanks for all the help! Tammy

Signature is fine - August 27, 2005
Don't mind the signature at all, as long as you don't start posting insignificant posts just to get it seen. And, you can mention any site you wish in this forum. Welcome, and sorry for the late reply, was on a camping trip for the week. Look forward to more posts from you.

newbie from ohio - August 18, 2005
first, i need to know if my signature is considered "spam". if it is, let me know and i'll remove it. now on to other things. i'm jduffy and i live in northeastern oh. on my last birthday i turned 50 years young. my cats are: kelly erin and clancy. they are my family thus i call them my kids. because of a disability i can no longer work and am forced to live on a very small fixed income. that's why i do surveys. every penny helps. i belong to a lot of survey sites but only one (don't know if i can name it here) really has been sending me paid surveys for over 5 years. so, here i am searching out more paid survey sites. i also do a lot of those ptr sites but really don't make anything there. thanks, jduffy

Good find - January 4, 2006
Never heard of Zip Surveys before. Looks pretty much identical to Element.

elementusa.com - December 24, 2005
try zipsurveys.com: similar, but easier and more fun!

Yea, don't know what's up with them. - August 27, 2005
They were there, then they went away, then they were back again, now they're gone again. Not sure what's up. I'll try to look into it if I can.

- August 20, 2005
Yes, that's the same thing that happened to me, sadly enough.

- August 19, 2005
I actually just received an email from them a couple of days ago inviting me to visit the site. When I tried I got a home page but when tried to log in received an error message. I don't know what's going on there.

Elementusa not active? - August 18, 2005
For anyone else who is/was a panelist with Element (I signed up on an invitation only or from someone else's referral) - their site appears down now for the last +7 days. I'll continue to check, but it might be dead :( . I tried emailing their customer support and I got this message back from a Yahoo daemon: [i:0a33c77b29]"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. <info@elementusa.com>: Sorry, I couldn't find any host by that name. (#4.1.2) I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long."[/i:0a33c77b29] Anyone else a member, and if so, any contact from Element?

- August 26, 2005
I was going to sign up under you.. but it turns out I was already registered... I am not sure how.. but I have not ever heard from them. to bad.. they sounded good... any suggestions? perhaps I am doing something wrong?

Thanks for the post. - August 18, 2005
I'll not add it to the database for a while so you can get some referrals first.

New Survey Site: QSample - August 18, 2005
I did a search both on the forums and the Free Paid Surveys Homepage - I believe this may be a previously unlisted survey site. The survey site is called qSample, and they pay almost exclusively in paypal $$$. They say they have drawings, but I have yet to win one (I can always hope :D ). The actual payout for the surveys have been relatively low (so far I've done surveys for between $1-4). On the flip side of that, electronic payment has been pretty quick. Also, they appear to have a nice two tiered referral program, I've copied their policy verbatim: [i:d4bb5ffbe4]You can refer friends to signup with qSample, and earn more cash. For every survey that your friends complete, you get an additional 5% of their incentive. Furthermore, if your friends refer other people, you get 1% of that too[/i:d4bb5ffbe4] If anyone is interested in me referring anyone to this site, send me an email (no pressure on this) meninsche@yahoo.com . Alternatively, if you don't want to be a referral  , sign up directly with the address below: www.qsample.com/?r=14509 There should be a big blue button below the blonde business woman (how about that alliteration?) that you click to sign up. Good luck.

As far as the hotel rewards, your $75 eRewards credit is probably not sufficient to get a free room, at least how I understand it. Here is a quote from a WebFlyer review: [i:8a09f8bb68]"..Free nights at Hilton (for the HHilton Honors program) range from 7,500 to 40,000 points, depending on the level of hotel..."[/i:8a09f8bb68] So, you could cash out once with a $25 eReward level for 1000 points, and then again at $50 eReward level for 3000 points = 4000 points, or the equivalent of half a room (keep in mind this review is from 2004, so things could have changed). If anyone has a different understanding of the HHilton program, please correct me. If you're interested, here is the full review of the HHilton Honors Program: http://www.webflyer.com/programs/ratings_and_reviews/program.php?key=HH01 Personally, I just get the AA Miles, as I have a frequent flyer credit card which complements it. Or the Blockbuster rentals ($25 eRewards = 6 rentals).

e-rewards - August 15, 2005
Hi All, Does anyone have any views on the redemption awards for e-rewards. I am up to the $75 level, but unsure what this will get me with regards to the hotel points for example, enough for a free room? I guess with regards to the airmiles it won't qualify for a first class round the world trip right, lol!! ? Dave

SixQuestions website speed - August 11, 2005
Is it just me or is SixQuestions.com EXTREMELY slow. I use IE as my primary browser and the site crawls along, so I tried it out on FireFox. It seems a little faster on FireFox, but still very slow. I can surf about 10 sites in another window before SixQuestions loads 1 page. Anyone else have this problem?

They're having a lot of problems lately - September 25, 2005
I used to like SixQuestions a lot, but they're having way too many problems as of late. I just can't endorse them anymore. Hopefully they'll get things figured out, because I really did like them before.

Is this your own site - August 12, 2005
Did you make this site or is it prepackaged?? I ask because if it's a pre-made site, then you'll never get any unique traffic. What kind of liberties do you have?? For example, are there 300 other people posting the exact same site?? You would be entirely surprised at how many people have websites that have no idea what-so-ever as to how to get any search engine traffic. If you have full control over this site, then there are many improvements that can be made. For one, the way the keywords are set-up sucks (I really don't mean to be negative, but I'd like to give you an honest, straight=forward opinion). For example, it looks as if ALL of your pages have the same keywords. If I click on "Lord of the Rings", I get the exact same keywords as if I go to your homepage. This is bad. When I go to your "Lord of the Rings" page, the keywords and description should be "Lord of the Rings", "The Hobbit", perhaps "Gollum", etc... That particular page should make no mention what so ever of Star Wars. You should consider each page it's own deal. A page that deals only with "Lord of the Rings" should state so, and a page dealing only with "Star Wars" should state so. The reason being, that if I'm looking for "Lord of the Rings" stuff, chances are I could give a crap about "Star Wars" stuff, and vice verca. If you make a page that includes both then you are watering down one or the other. To give you an example, if I were looking for z'lotr' stuff and I entered "LOTR", I would never find your stuff, because "LOTR" is not onr of your keywords. If you have the liberty to do so, I would get a program like http://www.cyberspacehq.com/products/addweb/ . Look up your favorite keywords (I'm supposed to have an affikiate kink for this, but I don'rt so you'll get a few months free, which is more than enough to make things happen. I'll put a link up on my site for buying AddWEB, Should you decide to do so, also my webhost is on the site, just in case you need a new webhost (Mine is pretty awesome). Just another word of advice. Make a sitemap page, which should list everything, every page and manually submit your site to both Yahoo and Google. You can find info on how to do this on their sites, Last thing you can do is exchange links with ne, if you are inclined to do so. Also, If you'd like more help,,let me know

Right now i am only an online retailer. I hope to have a store in the near future.

- August 11, 2005
Thanks so much for the feedback. I am trying to add more things to this site!! I will definitly add the height of the statues on the descriptions.

- August 11, 2005
Nice site. Do you own a physical collectables store or just this online one? Also, I noticed one thing that might help you improve the website. Some of the statues didn't have their height listed in the description of them. I think that is a very imporatant thing to make sure is there. When I'm buying an action figure or statue I always like to know how large it is. Again, nice site so far.

Need some feedback on my new website - August 11, 2005

i remember the time my comp started crashing and slowing down.lol. so frustrating... oh yea and congratulations on resolving ur problem!

- January 18, 2006
Whew, i thought i was the only one to threaten my laptop. When i first got it, it would crash constantly so i would threaten to throw it down the stairs and such. I even walked over to the stairs with it once....so close. But all is better now lol.

- August 11, 2005
Heh, heh. Yes, definitely a geek. It's funny how you don't realize how much you need your computer until you can't use it. Whew, so glad this "crisis" is over. :)

- August 10, 2005
O.o You're a geek and don't get out enough! =) Just kidding. Glad you got your computer back. We all know how frustrating a malfuntioning computer is.

An Apology to My Laptop - August 10, 2005
For the past few weeks (after updating a couple of applications), my computer has been crashing almost constantly. After much hair pulling and many threats of tossing my ThinkPad out the window, I was finally able to resolve my problem by tweaking a few things and promising my computer that I would post an apology on a couple of forums. Soooo... [i:ddea5a1eed]I am taking this opportunity to publicly apologize to my laptop for the threats. I know that I am constantly downloading things and forever asking you to be adaptive to the conditions I set. I do appreciate your hard work and dedication.[/i:ddea5a1eed] Cammie P.S. Yes, I am a geek and don't get out enough! :D

My recent payment! - August 11, 2005
I received $0.50 to my Paypal account on August 4th. Small but I'll take it. It was very early - not due until September 16th. Hopefully, this [i:fe2af867b1]is[/i:fe2af867b1] the new trend because I have two more payments pending. :)

- August 11, 2005
Gozing finally paid for a bunch of "deliquent" $.50-$3 surveys that the owed me from months ago, which totaled $30. Also, more recent surveys have been paid out before their deadlines (alot of them had deadlines for September). In fact, my payout page has a message from Gozing with the opening, "[i:55c271eba7]We would like apologize for any delay in payment(s) you have recently encountered..."[/i:55c271eba7]. Hopefully this will be the start to a change in business practice with them.

- August 11, 2005
They owed me $31 since April of this year. I have not done any of their surveys in about a month because either I don't qualify or there are technical issues. I don't think I will be doing any more of their surveys becasue I think I just am lucky to have gotten paid.

- August 10, 2005
Yea, they finally paid me all the money that was due an a payment AHEAD of its due date. Hopefully the company is back like it was before, and starts paying on time.

- August 10, 2005
Lol, grats. I personally hate GoZing. How much did they give you?

GoZing finally paid me!!!!! - August 10, 2005
Finally, after about 4 months from when they said my payout was going to be, I got paid today. The money was sent to paypal. I have not been doing any of their surveys because this is the longest it took for me to be paid. It had been about two months since I have completed any of their stuff. Most of them I did not qualify for and then if I did, I would have technical problems with the survey. It is good to finall get paid though, so I just thought I would let everyone know that they do pay sometimes.

Sorry about that - August 10, 2005
