My top consistent, long term, and dependable five would be:

GlobalTestMarket
TestSpin
SurveySpot
Lightspeed
Keynote

I say "consistent" because U30 occasionally messes with the curve by offering a $25-$50 study, or product testing. And Brand Institute has been kind, as of late.

I can always count on Pinecone for 1-2 $5 surveys a month.
