Alot of the sites offer mega points for signing up for a credit card, blockbuster, etc. Do you all ignore these and just go for the minor point surveys and quizzes? Or do you sign-up for the mega's then cancel later? Just curious.

Mostly the free ones. Just be sure to cancel on time. You need to mark on a calander or something to make sure you've cancelled, once you have indeed cancelled make sure you are indeed canceled.

I have had a problem with cancelling a day late and I had a real big problem with an AOL trial. Of course I could have avoided both by canceling in time. If you make sure you do, this is a great way to pick up some big points, or in the case of "It Pays to Learn" a great way for some extra cash.

I wear contacts as well, and usually order from 1-800-Contacts so I went through Memolink last time and picked up some extra points for something I was going to buy anyways.

So, in short, it's not a bad idea to get some extra points from this stuff, just make sure that you stay on top of anything you need to cancel.
