Couple of requests regarding user reviews

Just a couple of requests to make the user reviews a bit more helpful.

Please do not post a review for a site that you have not recieved any surveys for under the following condition:

You have not been a member for at least 1 year. Some of the best payouts I've received are from sites that I only hear from once a year. That's just how they work. Of course, if you've been a member for over a year and have heard nothing, then feel free.

Secondly, if you would recommend a site, please try to give it an overall rating of at least a 5 (average). I've had several reviews where the person has said that you should definately join this site and then given it a ranking of 2 or 3, which to me says its not a very good site. I would not want to see someone turned off to a perfectly good site because it had such a low ranking.
