Does anyone have any insights? I have been a member of psb for quite some time. I went to their site (through my favorites) and it said page cannot be found. There was a link for psb, so I clicked on it. It was a totally new page than the one I always used to log in. I tried to log in and it said username, email address, etc... was invalid. I sent them several emails explaining my dilemma and they were all returned undeliverable. I stumbled onto another psb site, so I emailed them, just to see if I could get somewhere, but they haven't responded.

I am a little frustrated, as these people owe me money for taking surveys and I would like to collect it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Experienced the same thing

I also have emailed them with no response. I didn't get an undeliverable notification, but I didn't get a reply either. Not sure what's going on. It looks to me as they're reorganizing their site, but I can't be sure.

I'll be keeping on top of it for the next few weeks and will let you know if I find anything out.

I was able to complete the survey a well. I just sent an email to every email address they have listed. So, hopefully I'll be able to let you know soon.

They paid me once,
and it took over six months
to get that payment.
It was only 10 bucks.

I joined that survey site last year and several times I have clicked on my bookmark and gotten "page not found" Once I thought maybe they were having temporary problems and so I checked back quite often for awhile but it was always the same.

I have emailed them several times (The last time was probably 6 months ago) but never got a response.

Every now and then I will be doing a survey for some site and I will see their name and logo on the survey. I did a Global Test Market Survey (Fairly sure it was GTM) just a few days ago where I was actually forwarded to a PSB page.

Looks like they might be improving

Yes, most of the PSB Survey invites I've recieved in the past, the sent directly from them, do not mention a reward. Be sure to read your invitations.

However, if they are restructuring, like it looks they are, it looks as if they might be adding a rewards section to their site. Looks like they plan to offer Amazon gift certificates and/or PayPal payments as a reward type. Here's their new home page http://www.psbsurveys.com/, which looks pretty good so far. Of course, I'm still not able to login, but they are a Market Research firm. I assume that some other company is handling the building of their new website, so I'll give them a while to switch. I'll remain optimistic... for a while.

I'll keep you posted if I hear anything.

PSB Rewards

Postby shygirl » Fri May 20, 2005 3:38 pm

I agree, you have to read their invititations carefully to see what incentive they are offering. The two in particular I did for them, they said... To thank you for your time, we will give you $2.00 for completing this survey. And the second one said.... $3.00 incentive. It states all incentives are administered by PayPal, but I took these surveys early March. I guess I'm pushing it a little bit, it's only been a couple of months, but what I am concerned about is not being able to log into their site.

Thank you all for the comments!!! :P
