WHAT THIS SURVEY IS ABOUT:

We are surveying moms nationwide to find out how they use and think about baby wipes.



TO QUALIFY:

This survey is open to mothers over 18 years of age who have extensive experience purchasing and using baby wipes which they use to clean at least one child less than 3 years of age in their home.



THE INCENTIVE:

Participants in this survey earn $25 plus a free month’s supply of baby wipes ($45 total value).



THE RULES:

First, we send you the test product – a month’s supply of fragrance free baby wipes. The product we send you is a real product currently on the market that has already proven to be safe for use.



You agree to use this product (and no other product) for 3 weeks or until the product runs out, whichever comes first.



At the end of the three week trial period you answer a questionnaire regarding your impressions of the product and its efficacy. This will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Then, you send the questionnaire back to us in our self-addressed, pre-stamped envelope.



Finally, we send you a check for $25 to thank you for participating.

These kinds of projects do not usually require an invite. If you read the original post, the site wants you to send them certain information. You would imply send them an email with the information they are requesting and wait to hear back from them. I'm sure that this survey is over by now, or they at least have their participants lined up. The window for these kinds of projects is usually a week or less.

By the way, just sent you an email, thought you were looking for a Viewpoint referral - sorry. Did you happen to get a Viewpoint referral yet. If not, let me know and I'll see if I can hunt one up for you.
