Plaza Research Phoenix has a Nationwide focus group(s) coming up that
you may be interested in attending. After looking over our requirements
below (and if you fit into them!), please email us at
health@plazaresearch.com with the name of the study as the subject
line, to see if you qualify. Please note that we will be responding to
all emails on a first come, first served basis until the study is full.



"Public Health"

We are currently looking for people who work in the Public Health
sector on a state level and are involved in the decision making process
regarding vaccines that are required for hospital employees OR restaurant
employees.

DATE(S): Monday July 17-Friday July 21 , 2006

LENGTH OF GROUPS/INTERVIEWS: 1 Hour Telephone Interviews

TIMES: Various times available

HONORARIUM: $175
