I recently signed up to participate in surveys from a panel called http://www.opinionbar.com. They claim to have eligibility to participate in the US, though it's been awhile and I have yet to receive any survey invitations and their links to current questionaires on their site is always saying 'not available'. I don't think they really intend on people in the US joining, though they claim they do, and so far this survey group has been a waste of time.

I'm from Spain and I have received 2 web tests from opinionbar (with Ciao how intermediary) since 9 months ago. They send few web tests and are paid with 3.50 € / test.

UK mostly, I think, although I do receive a stray survey from them every once in a great while
