It Pays to Learn makes more policy changes - for the worse!

Starting September 1, 2005, It Pays to Learn will only be open to those with a US email address. Those of you from countries other than the US can still participate in IPTL, but you'll only be able to refer those from the US. Also, the $0.25 PayPal confirmation will be discontinued. I'm a bit depressed about this one, I thought it was a nice addition to the site. But, that's life I guess...I still like IPTL and will continue to participate.
