What is the Discussion Archive?

Chris, what is the discussion archive? I am confused. It's not like you have too many posts in the main forum. What is the purpose of that link and those messages? Am I missing something?

Since this forum is in php, it can be hard for search engines to find the content of this forum. The Archives are solely for search engines to be able to find the links.

Goggle has recently made a few changes to their submission process, so I will probably do away with these soon.
